Refund Policy

Right of return

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the order form

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@sweety-shape.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-refundable items

Sale items, underwear, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Defective items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at contact@sweety-shape.com with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
