These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the sweety-shape.com website by Sweety-Shape.

Article 2 – Products

Our products (shaping bodysuits, leggings, and accessories) are described with the utmost care. Photos are non-contractual. Sweety-Shape reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) all taxes included. Sweety-Shape reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Sweety-Shape reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock or payment issues.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is secured via Shopify Payments. We accept credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery times are indicated at the time of order. Sweety-Shape cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Article 7 – Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For any request, contact us at contact@sweety-shape.com.
